Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (Monday to Saturday). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- UAE: Standard Shipping | Estimated Delivery: 1 day If the order is placed before 3:30 PMÂ
- UAE(Dubai): Same Day Delivery | Estimated Delivery: same day If the order is placed before 1:30 PMÂ
- Saudi Arabia : Standard Shipping | Estimated Delivery: 2-4 Days
- Qatar : Standard Shipping | Estimated Delivery: 2-4 Days

Customs and Duties:
For orders shipping to the UAE, customs duties and taxes will be paid for before hand.
For all other countries, customs duties and taxes will be paid for by the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
