Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please read the Return or Exchange an Item section below carefully before submitting a request.

If, in the unlikely event, you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at support@tintsuae.com to initiate the process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return or Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.

Once received and inspected, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit in line with your request and subject to eligibility. 


Sale & Promotional Items

Any order purchased:

  • During a sale, or

  • Using any promotional offer or discount code(including website promotional code)

is eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds are not available on discounted items.


Condition of Returns

Tints reserves the right to refuse any return where items:

  • Show signs of wear or use

  • Are returned without original packaging

  • Are deemed non-faulty after inspection

If a return is rejected, you will be notified via email.


Please Note

  • Items remain your responsibility until they reach us
  • For international returns, please clearly mark the package as “RETURN”

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable which is included in the sale price even when delivery is free. This delivery fee is 25 AED.

  • A combined Return and return handling fee of approximately 40 AED will be further deducted from approved refunds on non-faulty returns.


Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@tintsuae.com within 14 days of receipt, quoting:

  • Your order number

  • Full name and address

  • Product details

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Whether you require a refund or replacement

We will advise you on how to proceed.
Once received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days.

If the fault is confirmed, we will reimburse the original shipping cost.


I Haven’t Received My Order

If your order has not arrived within 7 days from dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.


I Received the Wrong Item

If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact customer support with your order details. We will advise you on the return and replacement process.


Returns Due to Incorrect Address or Unpaid Customs Charges

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require the shipping fee to be repaid before resending

  • If the shipping fee is not repaid within 14 days, a store credit for the value of the order will be issued

Orders returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes will be issued a store credit equal to the order value minus shipping costs. Customers will be notified via email and may use the credit to place a new order.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
